There are more Americans contributing into the Powerball jackpot growing it than Brits.

Europe should have their own lottery, I have lived in England and different parts of the EU. They're usually anti American anyway.

I looked on YouTube about UK Powerball, there are Videos with people disgruntled about have to get paid with a annuity over 30 years, and paying taxes yearly. UK players can't get the lump sum option, it's 30 year annuity only. They don't want to play because of that.

I doubt this would have a major impact, those people are taught to be frugal, and don't even shop for groceries like we do. So buying lottery tickets would be out of the question I suppose for most of them. Maybe the younger generation, but not the elderly.

First generation American. My late Dad was a Brit (British Army); met my Mum (US Army) both WW2 vets and followed her to the States in the 40's. Though my Mum was born here, she grew up in UK with her British Mum who also spent many years in the USA.

I feel the jackpot is still growing just as slow even with adding to the UK players. It will probably be won on Wednesday.

Back in 2022, the jackpot went from $825M to One billion

Fast forward years later and adding UK players.

It went from $856 to $905M then now just $1 billion.

Where are the fast growing jackpots that are record breaking with mega millions and powerball? All these changes yet no improvement on their sales and MUSL doesn't wonder why

I predict $1,016,000,000 but who knows.
