Congratulations

I like stories like this. Popping into a random retailer at the right time and winning big with a QP.

It's cool seeing the ticket. She beat the 1 in 913,129 odds with a QP. My mind is programmed to seeing sorry not a winner so I can't imagine scanning and $150,000 pops up on the screen.

I never knew Alabama didn't have a lottery. It made me curious how many states don't have one as well. So it's Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada and Utah.... [ More ]

They had all of the winning numbers on their ticket. Slide the 27 line to the right, insert the 17 into the second spot.....jackpot!!! Most of the time when I buy 5 QPs on one ticket, I get no winning numbers anywhere

WARNING WARNING ,,, WATCH the YouTube video of the Powerball drawing ,,, THEY don't mix the balls up they drop them in a very small cylinder, than very slowly turn them in a circle , than a thing rises up from the middle of the cylinder, SO THE BALLS IN THE MIDDLE ARE CHOOSEN , that's why 90 % of the time one low # and four high # are CHOOSEN.

Road trip! Alabama family makes a return visit to Kentucky

By Kate Northrop

A summertime road trip left one Alabama family with more than just memories after a pit stop in Kentucky rewarded them with a $150,000 Powerball lottery prize.

Never discount the mundane rest stops. An Alabama family didn't think much of it until they learned they'd have to return to Kentucky to claim $150,000 from the Powerball lottery ticket they purchased there.
