As I said earlier, there was no cause of action here. You tell one person, assume it is 100. NDAs to not have a person tell anyone something are impossible to enforce (if the winner is telling others as well) since it is impossible to follow a leak and the chain of leaked info. The winner told others as well.

The guy started off on the right foot by having his baby momma sign an NDA, but then went ahead and told his family anyway, which I'm sure opened up a whole new can o' worms.

Just go to you tube they show you how to claim under an LLC. You claim the ticket under the name of the LLC. Your information is confidential even when you bank the cash
