I bet it's a good thing for the players, because everyone out there plays to win and not necessarily contribute to the education fund

I believe all states do it. Lottery used to be illegal in the US, then they figured out the for the schools lie.

Be honest The States sell that lie that creating the lottery means the money goes to education. Usually the money goes into the general fund then some of it goes to education. Why are the schools always complaining they need money
