This is very sad....

IF he does not make positive changes to his life, it will not end well.

This is the perfect example of someone NOT letting a lottery win change them... when it would be great if it did but for the better.

Don't see any stories or news about him buying mansion or luxury cars. It must be hard for him to accept his new fortune and quit the old life.Hope he gets their one day before he kills himself with this behavior

Don't know about Lexington area courts, but if it was Louisville, he'd get a wrist slap. Here in this county when on GD duty we recommended true bill so it would move on forward. 8 months of that duty!!

I was going to suggest this as a story days ago, but thought it was old stuff NOT new....was wrong

This is insane. Someone is bound to get hurt by this man and the Kentucky Justice system should be at fault. They are treating this man like a laughing matter, public intoxication, assaults and battery, auto accidents and who knows what else.

At least, we know what his spending plan was for his lottery win was.

At least he didn't hurt or kill anyone.

But at some point he was driving intoxicated.

Lyft, Uber, Taxi, call someone who isn't intoxicated, etc.

I saw this on the local news yesterday. It doesn't really seem like news. Farthing had quite a long history before he won the lottery. This is just his normal.
