Now this will sound weird, but I never cash out and use the same money to buy another ticket.

So today I went to the store, bought one MM ticket for next Tuesday, bought one Millionaire for Life for tonight and one PB ticket. I paid cash for the purchase.

After I got my receipt, I then handed the store clerk my winning MM ticket and got $25 cash.

I know that does not make sense but I always like the feeling of walking away with money.

I did because about a month ago I put on my calendar to buy a ticket.

I bought 2 tickets and got the 11 Mega Ball on one with a 5x, so $25 back after putting in $10.

I like that we can get a higher multiplier with Mega Millions and it applies to the 2nd tier prize.

Kinda odd but perhaps very telling ,...... MM either fell way short of the projected 403 tonight or they know that people like me aren't entering in the game at this juncture cuz only a 10 mil jump in jackpot at this point?!

Don't get me wrong ...,. I'd love to win 413 mil ..,. but to conserve cash I jump in at 500 mil

Howdy do and doody how folks,

I'm in on powerball for Saturday but waiting until megamillions reaches 1/2 bil before i jump in. And I'll buy one ticket. When it reaches 750 I'll go for two tickets. One has to be disciplined in there lotto spending.

If I were very disciplined I would simply play one ticket per every 500 mil but one must have some fun along the way.

Have a shaggy day and don't forget to eat your brussel sprouts and asparagus at dinner.

I would be so happy if I won the after tax lump sum amount: PB - $159,245,043 or the MM - $102,167,043

That for me, represent a level of financial freedom that I can only dream off.

Just a mere 5% return on the above amounts is money that I would not spend in a year, that is $5.1M for MM before taxes.

Maybe for some this is small money, for me, this is a huge windfall.

I got my tickets and my fingers crossed - that is all that I can do.

It is a dream to win either of these jackpots.

No, I can't make it to Oregon to buy tickets this week to stay anonymous, but I will be printing off some of my anonymity fliers.
