So, what if you played the 11 and it kept you out of winning a small prize or even a bigger prize. They F'ed up. The player didn't. That one ball not being there changed the course of everything. If I played the 11 and it kept me from winning big time, oh, don't you know I would go off on them.

The reason why RI is willing to double even the JACKPOT prize is: there was a jackpot winner Saturday (7/26).

I thought there were supposed to be auditors on hand at the machines to check the number of balls and monitor all the drawings. If so they should be fired.

The Rhode Island Lottery plans to double the prize money for the Wild Money drawing on Saturday after it discovered a mistake in the game earlier this week.During Tuesday's Wild Money drawing, an employee discovered the No. 11 ball was missing from the machine used to draw the numbers. The ball apparently fell out of the drum during a practice round and fell on the floor.
