There doesn&#x27;t appear to have been a clear agreement about whether tickets were to be purchased every drawings or only when the jackpot was a certain size, whether small winnings were to be accumulated or used, whether participants had to continue to contribute to stay current or whether anyone was to post the results of the tickets purchases.
