Can somone out there help me? My Dad is 92 and follows the numbers in powerball. He is driving me crazy to find out how many times quick picks won in the powerball in 2002? Now, here is a man who is legally blind-(macular degeneration)-he uses a magnifying glass and charts the numbers.
