			<description><![CDATA[<p>I does take a while; it&#x27;s not something unique to Tennessee.  The last time we were able to follow a state starting up their lottery was South Carolina.  My recollection was that it was in a similar timeframe, and they had a very slow start (just scratch tickets, then Pick 3 a while later, etc.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;d like to know how long it has taken other states to start selling lottery tickets following enactment of lottery legislation. If, as it seems, it is taking Tennessee longer than most, this is a commentary on the state of Tennessee politics.I live in Arkansas, and I&#x27;ve been buying my lottery tickets in Missouri for over a year now. It takes me more than an hour of driving each way, whereas if tickets were available in Tennessee I could simply cross the bridge.
