			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ok now the jackpot is at $34,000,000.  What does that tell you about lottery players in that state.  Odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 11 million and the jackpot is 3 times that much.  Well if you had 11 million you could buy all combos and still end up with a profit.
