The Tennessee Lottery Board is working on the official application for convenience stores interested in selling lottery tickets.The board expects to ask convenience stores to apply in the next two weeks. Convenience stores must meet certain criteria, and they must agree to a criminal background check.The lottery board expects 3,500 to 4,000 stores to sell tickets.
