These days location is not really that big of a deal. A lottery agent gets their supplies via UPS or FedEx, and as long as they have telephone access, their lottery machine works fine.

If Alaska is just looking at multi-state lotteries, they would be a good candidate for HL.

House Speaker Pete Kott says it's a good bet that plans to expand gambling in Alaska will soon meet success in the state House.
