Surrey man wins Keno Viper live on City TV

Terry Fisher of Surrey, British Columbia won a 2003 Dodge Viper live on City TVs Breakfast Television Friday morning. Terry and his wife Sharon were special guests on the show along with 10 other finalists from across the province. Each of the 10 finalists had entered the Keno Viper contest by purchasing a $10 Keno ticket between June 22 July 27, 2003.
