This is not fair. To play the lottery you must be an adult,and as adults we should responsible.You buy a ticket, you put it in a safe place, if you win you turn it in (after you sign it.) IF YOU LOOSE THE TICKET ,YOU LOOSE < NO TICKET * NO MONEY
