While I would love to see Florida, I seriously doubt that they will join a multistate just yet. My thinking is that #12 will either be Maine or Vermont (most likely Maine). Another remote possibility would be a voyage north of the border and approach the Ontario lottery.

Two comments....1) Nice joke about reaching the promised land of lottery by buying a convenience store on the Arkansas line...but it is so true.2) Rebecca won't let her past association with creating BigGame/MegaMillions (and Lotto South for that matter) color her recommendations as to which multistate game to join?
