			<description><![CDATA[<p>While I would love to see Florida, I seriously doubt that they will join a multistate just yet. My thinking is that #12 will either be Maine or Vermont (most likely Maine). Another remote possibility would be a voyage north of the border and approach the Ontario lottery.</p>]]></description>
