			<description><![CDATA[<p>Politicians are spending a lot of times these days trying amend our laws to define what a marriage is, maybe their time could be better spent defining what a marriage is not.  Ohio did away with common law marriages years ago and I thought most other states had also.  I spent the last six months of my active military duty at Fort Sam in &#x27;67 and never married.
