A couple who went shopping after lightning damaged a television left the store with a winning Lotto ticket worth $21 million.Rosemarie and Richard Cheverie, both 64, claimed the prize in Tallahassee on Friday. They opted for the one-time payment of $11,283,087.31, instead of 30 yearly installments of about $700,000.The Cheveries, who have been married for 46 years, said they plan to help their children with the winnings, paying off their mortgages and buying one son a car, lottery officials said...
