			<description><![CDATA[<p>people decide for themselves since when does that happen?seems like old tired arguements against the lottery. if they are so worried about the people in their state playing lotteries and going to casino&#x27;s to meet their gambling desires then they dont deserve any money if they dont have a lottery in their state. i like how the main concern was that they might cut tax for their big companies. we shafted boeing with tax and guess what - they moved and are probably going to shut down some plants her... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/news/75143/139677">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
