A winning Powerball ticket has been sold in Indiana for the second straight drawing.The Multi-State Lottery Association said one ticket was sold matching all five numbers and the Powerball in Wednesday's drawing, and it was sold in Indiana. That ticket wins the $10 million jackpot.The winning ticket was sold at a Tobacco Road Marathon station at 1541 W.
