			<description><![CDATA[<p>I was just going to say something about that Jackpot that for one should have followed the lotteries rules and went back to the players but instead they gave the $30 million to education.  I bet you can&#x27;t even say that they gave it to education.  That $30 million probably was just $30 million less the state had to set aside for education, which frankly I feel is wrong.  Not only did they steal that 30 million away from players they jipped the kids as well.
