One person won the $21.7 million jackpot Monday night in the Oregon Lottery's Megabucks lotto game, returning the jackpot to $1 million for Wednesday's drawing.Spokeswoman Laurie Machado said 18 tickets bearing five of the six winning numbers were sold, worth $593.40 apiece when redeemed at the lottery's office in Salem in person or by mail.She said 954 tickets bearing four winning numbers were sold, good for $34.20 each at any Megabucks dealer.The winning numbers in the drawing were:1-4-7-8-28...
