wow a cure for those who play the lottery finally. have a stupid state government tax a tax - decrease already sagging sales further and help out your neighboring states by having your residents by their lottery tickets instead. yippee.

The lottery is a tax we choose to pay. How can they even think of taxing a tax? Stupid people (probably opposed to the lottery anyway) doing stupidthings to screw up their lottery, so what else is new? BobP

South Carolina proves again how stupid the people in power are. Leave the lottery alone, you'll kill the goose and lose a lot more money than you think your taxes will bring in.
