Both SciGames and GTECH voluntarily lowered their bid costs after they were selected as the winner.....riiiiiight.I think it went a little more like this....Committee.... We really like your proposal and can forsee a good working relationship between us, but the cost is a little high. It sure is a shame that your bid was so high.... SciGames/GTECH....
