(He was already a multi-millionaire construction Mogul).  So he&#x27;s doing the Percy Ross thing and giving all away.  (Hmmm how do any of us get in on that).  Two other amusing sidelights:  1.  He tried to give a lot of money to his church (I can&#x27;t remember the Denominattion, I think it was AOG; but anyway, a very fundamentalist conservative one which is very Anti-gambling. I would take the time... been without millions this long... and ensure that the anonymity was in place. Not for myself, but for the safety of the family. They have he didn&#x27;t bother to read it. Even if he gave it all his winnings away he&#x27;d still be a millionaire. If he didn&#x27;t expect to win why bother to spend a hundred dollars on tickets.
