			<description><![CDATA[<p>And don&#x27;t forget recently here in VA, a guy bought 3 Cash 5 tickets and left them in the pocket of his pants. Naturally, his wife washed the pants and the tickets were  ruined . She threw them out, but he thought better of it and took the now clean tickets to lottery headquarters. Security took the paper lump and was able to reconstruct the three tickets, which were winners of a total of more than $100,000.I&#x27;m glad I&#x27;m just in training and not in ticket reconstruction....</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>lets see we have hada woman who lied about winning the lotterya guy who won the lottery and gets drugged in strip clubs and goes to bars where he is banned and threatens peoplewe had a guy sentenced to jail for using his lottery winnings to sell drugs (not sure what state)we have a guy suing the lottery commision cause he thinks he had bought the winning ticket and cant find it.had a couple who had to look for their winning lottery ticket in the garbage when they accidentally threw it out.had a</p>]]></description>
