			<description><![CDATA[<p>JC:Mass has a game called  $1,000,000 in Cash  which DOES pay the winner in lump sum. AFAIK all other Mass scratch games with  million-dollar  or higher prizes are annuity-only.I live in NY state, which hasn&#x27;t had a million-dollar CASH scratch game since 2000.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>JC:What I meant was the prizes are not  cash , but annuities, of which Mass does NOT allow a winner to collect in lump sum.Only in Mega Millions does Mass allow a winner to select lump sum in lieu of the annuity.</p>]]></description>
