The Ohio Lottery says a man who accepted a symbolic check as the co-owner of a South Euclid convenience store that sold a winning Mega Millions ticket isn't the owner.The Ohio Lottery had made a presentation to Jagdish Shah at Quick Shop Food Mart on January 2.The store sold the winning ticket for the $162 million dollar Mega Millions jackpot, which earned the owner $100,000 and a cruise.Lottery spokeswoman Mardele Cohen said Thursday that Shah identified himself that day as an owner.
