Yes, the current top-prize for Mega Money is a cash prize. They will be changing that to an annuity prize. I assume there will be a cash option, although it hasn't been announced.

Todd:IIRC the CURRENT (4/32 + 1/32) Mega Money is all-cash. Sorry if I didn't clarify.
