			<description><![CDATA[<p>A funny thing about all the scratch offs sold so far in Tennessee...I&#x27;m hearing of few winners, not even a handful. Not all of us expect to win on every ticket, of course, but we will soon tire of spending money without so much as news of a big winer. They (the TN lottery commision) needs to realize that West Tennesseans carried the state&#x27;s lottery vote, especially Shelby county, yet we aren&#x27;t seeing but one or two winners on tv. This will soon discourage us....</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>What I am hearing from people on the VA/TN border is that there are no winners out there to be had. Reports were of people buying large amounts of tickets and getting very few winners back. I don&#x27;t know about them, but I played $40 worth of scratchers and only won back $4. I asked the clerk if this was typical and she told me that she had not seen many winners in the tickets that were sold at her store.
