			<description><![CDATA[<p>lottery vending machines sound great. no more hassles with cards at the counter and trying to explain to the new clerk at the convenience store what &#x27;powerplay or advance draw&#x27; means.just the other day i asked for 5 megabucks tickets and it wasn&#x27;t till i got into the car that i noticed i&#x27;d been sold 5 powerball tickets instead. i kept them anyway. i&#x27;d love to use a lottery vending machine as long as it also offers &#x27;my-pick&#x27; option as the article says they plan to do... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/news/80570/171070">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wow!  When are these coming to Pa.?  I used one in Va. about 14 years ago at a 7-11.  Normally I&#x27;m against anything that would threaten someone&#x27;s job, (except if they won enough money that they wouldn&#x27;t have to work); but in this case its a boon to the consumer, like me that hates to spend an hour waiting in line at the mini-mart behind someone buying cigarettes.  And holding up the line. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Texas lottery is joining the high-tech revolution.Lottery officials plan to install about 1,000 ATM-like machines at retail outlets across the state that will dispense tickets for such games as Lotto Texas, Mega Millions and Cash Five. The machines will not only sell tickets, but they will also be able to scan tickets from previous drawings and tell players whether they have won any money.
