			<description><![CDATA[<p>In Ohio winnings of small amounts can only be claimed by one person, but for jackpot amounts, more than one person can claim the prize as part of a group or pool.  They are provided forms by the state for each one separate tax information and each gets a separate W-G form and has to pay taxes on his/her share of the winnings.  I think most states have a similar policy, and the information is at their lottery website.RJOh</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think they frown upon that, and look at it as a gift and tax it again with gift tax. I wonder why the Cruz family didn&#x27;t just remain anonymous? That&#x27;s a no brainer for me. But back to sharing with a friend, they try and tax you twice unless you have some sort of proof of each person contributing to the purchase of the ticket.</p>]]></description>
