The odds of winning are 1 in (50C5)*(9C2) or 1 in 76,275,360.It looks like they're going to have jackpots much higher than 50,000,000.00.

just for fun i did the math and: 50,000,000.00 GBPUnited Kingdom Pounds = $91,665,024.41 USDUnited States Dollars if it's tax free like UK lotto, that would make it a really nice prize.

A new European lottery with a possible jackpot of 50 million or more has been launched.EuroMillions will link the UK's National Lottery to equivalent games in France and Spain.The tickets will go on sale in the UK on Saturday February 7, priced 1.50, for the first draw on Friday February 13.
