I hear a lot of bad things about NJ and NY Lottery what exactly is going on there

The same procedure should be required in all states, especially in N.J and N.Y. where it can be proven that corruption exists. Apparently, those states don't mind the corruption. I wonder whose pockets are being padded to keep the corruption in place.

Concerned over an audit that found problems with the Colorado Lottery, lawmakers began work Tuesday on a bill that would require ethics training and criminal background checks of all lottery officials, including the governor's appointees. The lottery is the kind of thing we need to clean up in state government, said Sen.
