			<description><![CDATA[<p>The same procedure should be required in all states, especially in N.J and N.Y.  where it can be proven that corruption exists.  Apparently, those states don&#x27;t mind the corruption.  I wonder whose pockets are being padded to keep the corruption in place.</p>]]></description>
