			<description><![CDATA[<p>It is a stupid and irresponsible law that the spotlight be put on the winners. I know their excuses, but it does not justify the risk placed upon the winners. I guess it will end up taking a few tragedies to get the states to wisen up, sad....</p>]]></description>
