			<description><![CDATA[<p>I guess when Wyoming wants to raise taxes and their voters shoot it down they will think the lottery is a pretty good option to pay for some of their state expenses.  Gambling isn&#x27;t going to go away so you might as well benefit from it.</p>]]></description>
