A Redding, California couple will hold a press conference today in which their $21 Million California SuperLotto Plus prize from last Wednesday's drawing will be announced.The winners, who chose the cash option, will receive a lump sum payment of $11,533,457.04 (before a 25% Federal Withholding is taken out).The winning ticket was purchased at the Circle K on Hartnell Avenue in Redding, California.
