But have to admit, that over the 30 years or so that Pa had their lottery, some of the commercials have been entertaining. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>ok.  i work at a lottery retailer in Pgh., PA, and i work the lottery machine, and the lottery has us do a lot of stuff to get people to buy tickets.  we are not allowed to refuse a sale to anyone 18 and up.  i know a lady who bought $550 in instant tickets, and won back approx $200 some.  i wanted to stop the lady, but my boss said i couldn&#x27;t.  i have also dealt with my fair share of compulsive gamblers, and i&#x27;ve been yelled at for trying to refuse a sale.  the lottery does nothing to try to st... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/news/83242/187153">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
