Wondering if this is normal compensation percentagewise for bars, lounges, taverns, etc., in other states. Game is usually some form of Keno, repeating every 5 minutes or so. Regarded as a pain in the butt by bartenders and servers, being as they generally aren't tipped nearly as well, if at all, when selling lottery tickets as opposed to serving drinks. Certainly not like Keno runners in a casino.

Shouldn't all retailers (video lottery or not) receive the same commission
