			<description><![CDATA[<p>ok. there&#x27;s a huge flaw with power play in the fact that they use a wheel to determine the number.  the original placement of the wheel, as well as where the ball is dropped, will determine what number is chosen.  if one is able to figure out the physics of it, they will be able to figure out what number will come up.  they should use a ball machine instead because it is more random.</p>]]></description>
