			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m always surprise when people buy lottery tickets and never bother to check them themselves, but I guess it happens all the time.  I was picking up some gas the other day and the lady ahead of me bought 20 instant tickets after paying for her gas, gave the tickets back to the clerk and asked her to check them with the terminal.  When the clerk told her, there wasn&#x27;t a winner among them, she thanked her and left.
