I have personally made sure of that before  recommending  them by listing them here.  There are many fly by night operations in the lottery service industry, but they are not one of them. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think Powerball/Megamillions should offer this type of online service to buy tickets direct. People out of state will drive (literally for hours) anyway to buy a ticket for a lottery not available in their own state if the jackpot is an obscene amount. Why should anyone want or have to pay $2 or more per $1 ticket for some fly-by-night online operation to do it for you simply because a given lottery isn&#x27;t on offer in a person&#x27;s state/country?
