			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am not sure Cash. I think the rationale behind the USVI in Powerball/MUSL is that it is a US territory and they use the US Dollar for currency. I don&#x27;t think that MUSL would have a problem with  internationalizing  their membership if the Leeward Islands use the US$ as their currency.</p>]]></description>
