			<description><![CDATA[<p>Same here. I dont think Alabama will ever do the lottery thing. And education is really suffering in this state. It use to be said, thank God for Mississippi. Otherwise Alabama would be dead last in education. Well I think we&#x27;ve reached that milestone. But that&#x27;s okay. Hey ! I&#x27;d rather spend my liesure income in Alabama. But I have no problem driving 15 minutes to the state line, in order to help Tennessians obtain a college education.</p>]]></description>
