Tampa, Florida Police are looking for a man and woman involved in scamming an elderly woman out of $10,000 by convincing her they held a winning lottery ticket.About 10 a.m. Tuesday, the female scam artist walked up to the 70-year-old victim in a Kash n' Karry parking lot at 2525 N. Dale Mabry Highway, police said. She asked whether there was a church nearby because she needed help.
