			<description><![CDATA[<p>These states should arrest themselves for ripping off players, paying only 40-60 cents on the dollar in these numbers games.  Why anyone plays pick three or pick four in the 50% playback states is beyond me.  Go to an offshore website that has been around for a while and play them there and get the 90% payback that you deserve.  You have no shot at beating a game with a house take of 50%.
