To sell lottery tickets you need retail outlets and Georgia does a good job of saturating the potential market place. The NASPL (North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries) list Georgia with a population of 8.68 million with 7,427 retailers. 218 instant-only, and 7,384 on-line.In comparison the state of Pennsylvania list a population of 12.37 million and 7,097 retailers, 863 instant only and 6,234 on-line.Chas

Kudos to our new lottery director for eliminating expensive over the top tv ads, replacing them with simpler ones for a big $$$ saving.
