If you check the MULTI-STATE LOTTERY ASSOCIATION website (www.musl.com) you will find that Indiana has had at least one winner every year since 1994. They already had one this year, four in 2003, and two in 2002. In fact back in 1996 they had four winners but one winner was from West Virginia who bought his ticket in Indiana! The MUSL website also stated that Idaho had two big winners back in 1996 ($48 million) and 1995 ($87.5 million).</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>the eastern group of states has a clear advantage in terms of winning the jackpot because those states are more populated.  sure the chance of each ticket winning the jackpot are as equal as the nexy, but if a state has a lot of people, then more people will play, and if a state has more people playing, then it will have more people winning.</p>]]></description>
