			<description><![CDATA[<p>They are trying to bring back video gaming in S.C.I would rather see the state lottery have quick draw like they do in N.Y.. S.C. could Have special gaming parlors setup and be out of the general publics way of the store registers. it is drawn every 4 minutes keno style by computer. I played it in N.Y. and you need to think fast and get your ticket in 4 minutes. Loved it. Get a chance at big bucks every 4 minutes or use up your gamblin money.</p>]]></description>
