if it makes the ballot this year, that won't matter too much. granted it could get it approved next year though.

The voters of North Carolina should vote out the members of the legislature that are against the lottery come election time.

The North Carolina Legislature's newest lottery bill would give counties the option to participate in a state-run numbers game in which they would receive a portion of the proceeds for school construction.The measure filed by Rep.
